- Dr. Desmond is a senior consultant to OOI vascular surgery, with expert interest in varicose veins, diabetic foot disease, deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and aorta/carotid disease. He has more than 15 years of experience in vascular and general surgery. Its experts, patient-centered, evidence-based care have many patients and their relatives comfortable.
